I don't know much about Concerta, but I've been taking Topamax 50 mg twice a day yahoo for a year so Topamax 50 mg twice a day yahoo give you my perspective on that. If you stay on 25mg of Topamax daily, I don't more info it'll slur your speech that much. It is a low dose.
